Lingang Stainless ignites No.1 coke oven
Linyi Iron & Steel Group’s Stainless Company (Lingang Stainless) has ignited the No.1, 6.25-metre coke oven plant, which began construction in the Linyi Lingang Economic Development Park in July 2020, Kallanish notes.
The two identical batteries of the coking project have a combined coke capacity of 1.1 million tonnes/year. The factory will also house one 140 t/hour coke dry quenching plant and other auxiliary facilities.
