Liberty House acquires another UK steel plant
Liberty House has bought another steel company in the UK, it tells Kallanish. Its latest acquisition is the former Caparo Merchant Bar (CMB) operation based next to the British Steel plant in Scunthorpe. Liberty now has 100% of the share capital following the deal with the administrators of the failed Caparo PLC business.
