Liberty: HMRC withdraws wind-up petitions, further capital injected
Liberty Steel says UK customs authority HMRC has withdrawn wind-up petitions against four of the steel group’s subsidiaries following talks. “Constructive” discussions continue with existing creditors to repay liabilities and with new lenders over longer-term refinancing, the firm adds.
