Liberty eyes steelworks at ABG Shipyard
Liberty House plans to turn ABG Shipyard into a steel plant should it acquire the India-based shipbuilding company through the insolvency resolution process, a Liberty spokesman confirms to Kallanish.
Liberty is among the bidders for the Ahmedabad-based shipyard, which, like numerous other steel-related Indian firms such as Essar and Bhushan Steel, was declared bankrupt and directed into insolvency resolution.
