Liaoning plans bankruptcy reorganisation for Dongbei Special Steel
China’s Liaoning province has decided on a bankruptcy reorganisation plan for Dongbei Special Steel, according to the 21st Century Business Herald. The plan is expected to be published by the end of this month, Kallanish notes.
