Liaoning Baolai realises needle coke output
Liaoning Baolai Bioenergy Company has put into production its needle coke project and produced the first batch of products on 1 January, Kallanish notes.
The project has a capacity of 200,000 tonnes/year of needle coke or low sulfur petroleum coke, meanwhile it can produce coking gasoline and coking diesel. The whole project cost CNY 1.35 billion ($208.9 million), and was constructed by China National Chemical Engineering Group.
