Legend delivers maiden Mawson mineral resource
Australian miner Legend Mining has announced the maiden mineral resource estimate (MRE) for the Mawson deposit within the Rockford Project, Fraser Range, Western Australia, Kallanish notes.
The deposit has 28,200 tonnes of contained metal, including 16,500t of nickel, 10,600t of copper, and 1,100t of cobalt.
The indicated and inferred MRE is 1.45 million tonnes at 1.14% nickel, 0.74% copper and 0.7% cobalt.
