Leader Steel net profit plunges

Malaysian steel manufacturer and trader Leader Steel reported lower earnings in the third quarter due to lower selling prices following the drop in international steel prices. The group’s net profit plummeted 87.6% on-year to MYR 881,000 ($200,410) in Q3.
