Leader Steel expects 20% profit boost in Q2
Malaysian steel pipemaker Leader Steel says it expects a 20% jump in profits in the second quarter of 2016, both year-on-year and from the previous quarter. Malaysia is seeing supply shrink as duties block imports and local steel firms seek export opportunities, Kallanish notes.
