Latin American June crude steel output decelerates

South American and Mexican crude steel production decreased month-on-month in June, according to worldsteel data monitored by Kallanish. South American crude steel output totalled 3.89 million tonnes during the month, 1.2% less over May but 51.3% higher year-on-year. January-June production amounted to 22.62mt, 28.1% more y-o-y.
