Labour board issues complaint against Braeburn Alloy Steel
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has issued a complaint against Braeburn Alloy Steel and its parent company G.O. Carlson for refusing to recognise the legitimacy of United Steelworkers (USW) Local 1324.
According to an update by USW Local 1324, the sixth region of the NLRB has set a hearing to be held for Braeburn Alloy Steel and G.O. Carlson scheduled in September 2023.
