Kuwait's benchmark mill substantially reduces domestic rebar quote
In Kuwait, the benchmark mill has substantially reduced domestic rebar quotes, by KD 21/tonne ($68) on-month for June deliveries, after the Saudi major reduced its rebar price for the Kuwait market to KD 180/t delivered.
The benchmark mill has set its June-delivery 8-40mm diameter rebar price at KD 184/t ($598) loaded on truck, on a letter-of-credit at-sight basis, from KD 205/t in May, Kallanish learns from market sources.
