Kuwaiti steel imports plummet 25% in Q2
Kuwaiti imports of scrap, iron and steel products excluding pipe fell -24.7% on-year in the second quarter to KWD 50.46 million ($166.06m), Kallanish learns from Kuwait’s Central Statistics Bureau (CSB). Imports of pipe and further worked steel articles fell -2.7% to KWD 90.1m.
