Kuwait rebar retail prices fall below cost
In order to liquidate their inventories, traders in Kuwait have reduced locally made rebar prices in the retail segment to KD 205/tonne ($669) delivered on a cash basis. The local mill's May-delivery announced price is at KD 205/t loaded on truck, on a letter-of-credit at sight basis.
