Kuwait rebar prices hike on firming regional sentiment
Kuwait’s largest producer has inched up its 8-40mm diameter rebar price, effective this week, by KD 5/tonne ($16.5) to KD 220/t ($727) ex-mill.
In the retail market, locally made rebar is transacted at KD 225/t, whereas imported United Arab Emirates-origin material is at KD 222-224/t.
