Kuwait market awaits local mill's rebar price announcement
The Kuwait market is awaiting the local mill's April-delivery rebar price announcement. In March, the local mill was quoting rebar at KD 205/tonne ($668) loaded on truck on a cash basis, Kallanish notes.
On the other hand, in the retail market, local rebar is available at KD 208/t ($678) and, through traders, Emirati rebar is available at KD 203/t ($662), both delivered and on LC at sight basis.
