Kuwait domestic rebar prices increase
Kuwait’s largest steel producer has increased its 8-40mm diameter rebar price for January deliveries by KD 10/tonne ($33) to KD 198/t ($646) ex-mill, on a cash basis, from KD 188/t announced in the last week of November, Kallanish learns.
In the retail market, locally-made rebar is expected to be transacted at KD 200-201/t delivered on a cash basis.
