Kungang restarts blast furnace
Anning Steel Company, a subsidiary of southern China's Kunming Iron & Steel (Kungang) and thus now part of Baowu Group, plans to restart production at its 2,500m³ blast furnace by 12 June. The steelmaker has conducted a 24-day maintenance on the blast furnace as from 20 May, Kallanish notes.
