Kryvyi Rih loses $10m on rail wagon shortage
ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (AMKR) lost $10.2 million on account of rolling stock shortages at Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia) in the first half of 2016, the steelmaker claims. Of this, $1.7m could have been paid to the state budget, it adds.
