Krakatau Steel completes stake increase in Krakatau Posco
Indonesian state-owned steelmaker Krakatau Steel has signed an agreement to raise its stake in Krakatau Posco from 30% to 50%, Kallanish notes.
Krakatau Posco is a joint venture between Krakatau Steel and South Korea's Posco Steel. The intention to increase the share in the JV was proposed as early as 2016.
