Krakatau begins commissioning joint ventures

Indonesia’s Krakatau Steel has been ramping up production at its Krakatau Osaka Steel joint venture. It also plans to begin commissioning a joint venture with Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) in either July or August, according to local media reports monitored by Kallanish.
