Knauf Interfer sells tubes business to Hoberg & Driesch
Hoberg & Driesch has acquired the tubes distribution activities of Knauf Interfer group, it informs in a statement.
The takeover is a strategic investment to strengthen Hoberg & Driesch’s business with seamless and welded quality and precision tubes, it says.
