Kishiwada Steel to resume steelmaking plant next month
Japan’s Kishiwada Steel in the Kansai Region says that it will resume the operation of its steelmaking plant from the evening of 25 April, Kallanish notes.
On 4 January this year, the whole plant was caught in a fire, due to molten steel leaking out from the bottom of a ladle furnace during refining. The plant then suspended production.
