Kazakhstan to commission 100,000 tonnes/year of pipe capacity
Kazakhstan will commission 100,000 tonnes/year of steel pipe capacity around December 2018, according to China’s Ministry of Commerce. Public information shows that the steel plant is a joint venture between China's Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe and Kazakhstan National Investment Co. The total project investment is valued at $100 million, Kallanish notes.
