Kardemir sells large wire rod volume within hours
Kardemir closed its wire rod sales within two hours of opening them on Tuesday, Kallanish learns from the Turkish integrated steel producer.
Prices for 5.5-56mm diameter wire rod rose to TRY 4,430-4,650/tonne ex-works, excluding 15% VAT, from TRY 4,130-4,285/t in the previous price list.
