Kardemir rapidly sells large rebar volume
Kardemir published a new price list and opened sales on Thursday for wire rod, rebar and pig iron in its domestic market, Kallanish notes.
Rebar in diameters of 12-32mm and 36-40mm were each increased by TRY 2,120/tonne ($149.8/t) to TRY 11,575/t ($818/t) and TRY 11,650/t ($823/t) respectively, versus Kardemir’s list on 1 February.
