Kardemir reopens rebar, billet pricing
Turkey's Kardemir has re-opened its domestic rebar sales at higher prices, while raising the lower end and cutting the higher end of its billet price range, Kallanish learns from the company's updated price list.
The integrated long steelmaker's 12-32mm and 12-18mm diameter rebar prices are at TRY 1,937/tonne ($527/t) and TRY 1,954/t, effective 18 October. This is up by TRY 13/t over the previous, 19-September price list.
