Kardemir reduces rebar price further
Kardemir has lowered its 12-32mm diameter rebar price for the domestic market by TRY 72/tonne ($13.5) to TRY 2,466/t ($461.7), Kallanish learns from the Turkish integrated steelmaker.
Round bar of 12-18mm dia has been reduced by the same amount to TRY 2,483/t.
Billet prices remain at TRY 2,275-2,460/t, with sales still closed. Bloom remains at TRY 2,845/t.
All prices are ex-works and exclude 18% VAT.
