Kardemir reduces some list prices, holds others
Turkish longs specialist Kardemir has mainly reduced its domestic prices in its latest price move, Kallanish notes. Pig iron and round bar prices have been left unchanged.
The steelmaker has reduced its 12-32mm diameter rebar price for its home market to TRY 2,390/tonne ($422/t) ex-works, or by TRY 131/t.
The price of 12-18mm dia round bar has maintained its level at TRY 2,538/t.
Prices of 5.5-32mm dia wire rod have been lowered by TRY 75/t …
