Kardemir raises longs prices as scrap continues rebound
Kardemir has increased its 12-32mm diameter rebar prices for the domestic market by TRY 120/tonne ($18) from its previous price list issued two weeks ago to TRY 2,990/t ($437), Kallanish learns from the Turkish steelmaker.
The price of 12-18mm diameter round bar was also hiked by TRY 120/t to TRY 3,007/t.
Prices for 5.5-56mm diameter wire rod have risen by TRY 140/t to TRY 3,220-3,375/t.
