Kardemir raises domestic rebar prices
Turkish integrated long steelmaker Kardemir has lifted its prices of rebar for the domestic market, while keeping standard billet sales closed, Kallanish learns from the company.
Kardemir's 12-32mm and 12-18mm diameter rebar prices have each risen by TRY 17/tonne on-week, respectively to TRY 1,644/t ($448/t) and TRY 1,661/t as from 13 April. A week earlier, Kardemir reduced its rebar prices by TRY 66/t from the 15 March price list.
