Kardemir struggles with wire rod, billet sales
Kardemir published a new price list and opened sales for billet and wire rod on Tuesday, Kallanish notes.
150mm square billet was kept unchanged from the previous list issued on 7 December at $600-605/tonne.
Prices for 5.5-56mm diameter wire rod have decreased by $10/t to $670-730/t, from Kardemir's previous list on 14 December.
Prices quoted are ex-works and exclude 18% VAT.
