Kardemir opens rebar, rod sales at higher prices
Kardemir published a new price list and opened sales for wire rod and rebar in its domestic market on 3 March, Kallanish notes.
Prices of 12-32mm diameter rebar for the domestic market were increased by TRY 457/tonne ($62) from the previous rebar price list issued on 17 February to TRY 4,682/t ($635/t).
Prices for 5.5-56mm diameter wire rod increased by TRY 70/t ($9.5) from their previous price list issued on 26 January to TRY 5,235-5,460/t.
