Kardemir closes sales quickly after low-priced offering
Kardemir published a new price list and opened sales for rebar and billet in its domestic market on 17 February, Kallanish notes.
Prices of 12-32mm diameter rebar for the domestic market were decreased by TRY 565/tonne ($80.9) from the previous rebar price list issued on 25 December to TRY 4,225/t ($605/t).
Billet prices were decreased by TRY 345/t from the previous price list issued on 26 January to TRY 3,910-4,280/t.
