Kardemir inches up rebar price in domestic market
Kardemir published a new price list for rebar 11 August in its domestic market, Kallanish notes.
Prices of 12-32mm diameter rebar for the domestic market increased by TRY 60/tonne ($6.9/t) from the previous rebar price list issued on 8 June to TRY 5,975/t ($693.1/t).
Prices for 36-40mm diameter rebar likewise rose to TRY 6,015/t.
Prices quoted are ex-works and exclude 18% VAT.
Kardemir opened sales for rebar in its domestic market on 8 June.
