Kardemir focuses on wire rod sales
Kardemir increased wire rod prices while keeping all other product prices unchanged in its new price list on 27 August.
Kardemir has kept its 12-32mm diameter rebar prices for the domestic market unchanged at TRY 3,280/t ($448), Kallanish learns from the Turkish steelmaker.
The price of 12-18mm diameter round bar was also kept stable at TRY 3,297/t.
Prices for 5.5-56mm diameter wire rod have risen by TRY 80/t to TRY 3,710-3,865/t.
