Kardemir exceeds 2.5mt production target
Kardemir exceeded on 23 December its 2020 liquid steel production target of 2.5 million tonnes, the firm says.
“Apart from the devastating impact of the pandemic on both the workforce and employee psychology in our business world, we are happy to exceed the goals we set as the Kardemir AŞ family, despite the difficult conditions in our fields of work,” the steelmaker says in a note seen by Kallanish.
