Kardemir decreases most product prices in new list
Turkish long steelmaker Kardemir has decreased finished steel, billet and bloom prices while keeping pig iron prices unchanged in its new price list for the domestic market, Kallanish notes.
The steelmaker decreased its 12-32mm diameter rebar list price for its home market by TRY 15/tonne to TRY 2,870/t ($418/t) ex-works. In dollar terms, this has decreased from the previous price of $424/t. The price of 12-18mm diameter round bar was also decreased by TRY 15…
