Chinese ferronickel production declines, Indonesia's rises
Public data shows that China's ferronickel production was basically flat in June but fell year-on-year. With a further decline in raw material supply, Chinese ferronickel production is expected to continue to drop in July, Kallanish notes. Indonesian ferronickel output, meanwhile, continues to surge as smelter capacity has increased.
