JSW’s crude steel production increases in July
Indian steelmaking major JSW Steel’s consolidated crude steel production increased by 12.7% year-on-year to 2.215 million tonnes in July.
The company’s total combined volumes, which includes the recently merged business JSW Ispat Special Products, was up by 9% on-year to 2.215 mt, Kallanish notes. JSW Ispat Special Products merged with its parent company JSW Steel on 31 July 2023.
