JSW in talks to sell coke subsidiary

Poland’s Industrial Development Agency (ARP) and state-owned finance group TF Silesia (TFS) are in talks to jointly acquire a majority stake in Walbrzyskie Zaklady Koksownicze Victoria (WZKV), an ARP representative tells Kallanish.
