JSW steps closer to Asian Colour Coated acquisition
Asian Colour Coated Ispat Limited’s creditors have issued a Letter of Intent to JSW Steel Coated Products, which has been accepted by JSW Steel’s subsidiary, Kallanish learns from the Indian steelmaking giant.
This follows JSW Steel Coated Products’ submission of a resolution plan for Asian Colour Coated Ispat. The closure of the transaction is subject to obtaining necessary approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi.
