JSW Steel to buy M Res NSW stake
Indian steel maker JSW Steel has inked deal to acquire up to 66.67% of M Res NSW HCC for $120 million, Kallanish notes.
JSW Steel says in a statement that the agreement which was made through its subsidiary, allowed the firm to secure prime hard coking coal supply.
The terms of the investment also require JSW Steel to further inject $50 million into M Res NSW towards the deferred consideration payable in 2030.
