JSW ropes in NSHL to install shredding facility
JSW Steel has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with New Zealand-based National Steel Holding (NSHL) to establish scrap shredding facilities in India. JSW will have a 50% shareholding in the said JV and both JSW and NSHL will each invest INR 500,000 ($6,258), Kallanish notes.
