Poland's JSW new concessions guarantee output till 2051
Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa (JSW) has successfully renewed the mining concessions for various coking coal deposits, guaranteeing output until at least 2051.
The state-owned Polish miner currently possesses 11 mining concessions comprising a surface area of 210km2 and resource of 1.2 billion tonnes of coking coal. The previous concessions granted in 1993-1994 expired in 2019 or will do so this year.
