JSW management criticises supervisory board, refutes irregularities rumours
Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa (JSW)’s management has refuted rumours that it failed to inform the supervisory board of large capital expenditure, and that the company has lost control over external contractors.
Polish media reports had suggested these factors were behind the sacking earlier this month by JSW’s supervisory board of the company’s deputy ceo strategy Artur Dyczko and deputy ceo commercial Jolanta Gruszka.
