JSW increases deliveries, suffers new capacity commissioning delays
JSW Steel says the commissioning of certain expansion projects is likely to be 3-6 months behind schedule due to the severity of last year’s monsoon season and skilled labour shortages at contractors. The 5 million tonnes/year of crude steel capacity addition at the Dolvi steelworks is now expected to be commissioned in the first half of the fiscal year through March 2021.
