JSW completes Asian Colour Coated Ispat acquisition
JSW Steel Coated Products has completed the acquisition of Asian Colour Coated Ispat, following the National Company Law Tribunal’s acceptance of its amended Resolution Plan.
JSW Steel Coated Products has infused INR 1,550 crores ($209.5 million) into fully-owned subsidiary Hasaud Steel Limited (HSL), which has in turn paid INR 1,476.94 crores to certain financial creditors of Asian Colour Coated Ispat.
