JSW colour-coater acquires 31% stake in Ayena Innovation
JSW Steel’s wholly-owned subsidiary JSW Steel Coated Products (JSWSCPL) has completed the acquisition of a 31% equity stake in Ayena Innovation, the former informs in an exchange filing seen by Kallanish.
According to the steel company, the acquisition was completed on 10 March.
JSWSCPL entered into a shareholder and share subscription agreement with Ayena Innovation on January 24 to acquire a stake in the latter (see Kallanish passim).
