JSW begins second phase of upgrades at Baytown
JSW USA has begun the second phase of expansionary upgrades to its Baytown, Texas, plate mill, Kallanish understands.
In a statement, JSW USA says the upgrades include the addition of both a new finishing mill and roll shop.
